Autorizo al personal de la UNAM-San Antonio y/o sus designados a tomar fotografías, grabaciones de video y/o audio a mi persona individualmente o en grupo, así como el uso y distribución en cualquier medio impreso, visual o electrónico, que incluye, pero no está limitado al sitio de web de la escuela con el propósito de compartir logros estudiantiles o dar publicidad a la UNAM. Me reservo cualquier acción o derecho alguno para pago y/o responsabilidad en conexión con la distribución o publicación de fotografías y grabaciones de audio video con los fines descritos arriba con tiempo ilimitado. Esta autorización puede ser revocada en cualquier momento por escrito.
I grant and authorize UNAM San Antonio the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures or video taken of me to be used in and/or for legally promotional materials including, but not limited to, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letter, annual reports, press kits and submissions to journalists, websites, social networking sites and other print and digital communications, without payment or any other consideration. This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and makers now known or hereafter devised. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke said authorization in writing.
